As the Chief Executive Officer of Sanash Welfare Foundation, it is both an honor and a responsibility to steer this organization towards its vision of creating a sustainable impact in the lives of vulnerable communities. At Sanash, we believe in transformative solutions that go beyond temporary fixes. Our focus is on sustainable development — ensuring that the interventions we design today continue to benefit communities for years to come.

Sanash Welfare Foundation is not just another charitable organization. We are defined by our commitment to sustainable change. While many organizations concentrate on immediate relief, we recognize the importance of addressing the root causes of societal issues. By integrating sustainable development goals (SDGs) into our projects, we aim to empower communities to thrive independently.

With over 18 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sectors, I have had the privilege of working with some of the world’s leading organizations, including MSF (Médecins Sans Frontières), Oxfam, Save the Children, Action Against Hunger, International Women's Initiative (IWI), and Solidarites International. These experiences, spanning continents and crises, have shaped my understanding of what it takes to create meaningful and lasting change.

At MSF, I led operations both within and beyond Pakistan, including in the African continent, managing emergency responses and establishing sustainable operational structures. My tenure with Oxfam in South Sudan and Save the Children in Africa further deepened my expertise in addressing complex humanitarian needs in challenging environments. With Action Against Hunger and Solidarites International, I facilitated emergency responses in Pakistan, particularly following the 2022 floods, ensuring that relief efforts transitioned into long-term recovery plans.

Sanash Welfare Foundation is a testament to my belief in the power of well-structured, community-led organizations. Since joining, I have worked to:

• Develop operational frameworks and policies that ensure efficiency and transparency.
• Establish an organizational structure that fosters growth and innovation.
• Enhance visibility and build credibility, positioning Sanash as a partner of choice for local and international donors.
• Strengthen community trust and acceptance through inclusive and impactful programs.
