 Sana Khan has extensive experience in the International Humanitarian Development Sector. She earned her Master degrees in Business Administration from Quaid e Azam University Islamabad Pakistan with addition of Masters degree in Political Sciences, with a concentration of various international professional courses, trainings and diplomas on Human resource management, Administration, Labor laws and to work in Emergencies. Throughout her career, Sana Khan has worked in various challenging contexts and countries - insecure and under developed context; building HR strategies and implementation approach in emergencies and regular projects. Sana's interest in gender equality that woman (that is more 50% of total population) in our man dominating societies are yet to be respect for their contribution in societies that makes world a better place, compromise on gender rights (as defined) will never enable woman to participate in better support to families and societies we are living our lives. She decided to establish SWF to ensure essential Human Rights procedures and protocols are in places that can benefits deprived population from any political dilemma, natural disaster, any epidemics or financial pressure; SWF that can contribute right approach about Human's rights and raise awareness worldwide.
