We are pleased to welcome Mr. Shuja Mehboob to Sanash Welfare Foundation as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Mr. Mehboob brings with him an impressive 26 years of experience in various industries, including Telecom, INGOs, F&B, Construction, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Pharmacy, Hospital, and Trading. His diverse background and extensive expertise in operational finance, startups, and ERP systems will significantly contribute to the foundation’s operational efficiency and strategic growth.

He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA-UK), ACCA-UK, and FCMA-PK, with a proven track record in budgeting, financial reviews, revenue analysis, telecom accounting and financial management, strategic planning, costing and price negotiations, audits, and financial and management reporting. His deep knowledge of internal audit project management, interconnect and international revenue, and his comprehensive approach to financial management will be instrumental in strengthening Sanash Welfare Foundation’s operations.

With his wealth of experience, Mr. Mehboob is well-positioned to lead Sanash Welfare Foundation towards greater organizational success and impact.

We are delighted to welcome Miss Hifsa Nisar to the Sanash Welfare Foundation team as our new HR Manager. With over six years of professional experience in human resources and administration, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.

Miss Hifsa holds a BBA (Hons) degree with a specialization in Human Resources, equipping her with a strong academic foundation to complement her practical experience. Her dedication to fostering a positive workplace environment and her strategic approach to HR management will play a pivotal role in strengthening our team and enhancing our operational efficiency.

We are delighted to welcome Miss Swera Ghaffar to Sanash Welfare Foundation as our new Finance Manager.

Miss Ghaffar is a dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional with extensive expertise in financial management and strategic analysis. Her ability to leverage analytical tools for actionable insights has consistently driven improved business performance in her previous roles.

She brings with her a strong foundation in data analytics, financial reporting, and data-driven decision-making, which will undoubtedly enhance the financial efficiency and strategic growth of Sanash Welfare Foundation.

With her experience and skills, we look forward to achieving greater transparency, accountability, and impact in managing the foundation's financial resources.

Miss Shanza Naeem has joined Sanash Welfare Foundation as Associate - COO, where she serves as the Point of Contact (POC) for coordination and is actively responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation of organizational initiatives.

Shanza graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Riphah International University, Islamabad, achieving an impressive overall CGPA of 3.7. Her academic journey reflects a strong commitment to mental health and rehabilitation.

During her internship at the Department of Rehabilitation at Healing Hands, Mega Medical Complex, she gained hands-on experience working with ICU, IPD, and OPD patients dealing with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiac conditions. Additionally, she has completed a Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) course at the Pak Young Psychologist Academy, equipping her to identify and address irrational emotions and behaviors with rational approaches. She also completed an online course on Understanding Violence from Emory University via Coursera.

Shanza has actively participated in knowledge-building activities such as the 2nd International Conference on Applied Psychology (ICAP-2023) and contributed to community welfare through her work at Mera Ghar Orphanage. Her dedication, professional development, and passion for helping others make her a valuable addition to the Sanash Welfare Foundation team.

With her diverse skill set and background, Miss Shanza is poised to excel in her new role and drive impactful change within the organization.

We are excited to welcome Mr. Ateeb Hussain to Sanash Welfare Foundation as our new Learning and Development Officer.

Mr. Hussain is a graduate of SZABIST Islamabad, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management. His academic background, combined with a passion for talent development and growth, makes him a valuable addition to our team.

In his role, Mr. Hussain will be responsible for driving learning initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our staff, aligning with Sanash Welfare Foundation’s commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

We are pleased to welcome Miss Mahnoor Rustam to Sanash Welfare Foundation as our Research and Development Officer.

Miss Rustam brings a strong academic background with a BS (Hons) in Economics from Abbottabad University of Science and Technology (AUST) and an MS in Economics and Finance from International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI).

She also has practical experience from her internship at ICMA, where she gained valuable insights into research and development. In her new role, Miss Rustam will play a crucial part in advancing our research initiatives, helping to inform and shape the foundation’s programs with data-driven solutions to address critical social issues.

We are delighted to welcome Mr. Shehryar Ali to Sanash Welfare Foundation as our Finance Associate.

Mr. Ali brings with him 2 years of valuable experience working with a UK-based firm in DHA-2, Islamabad. He holds a B.Com degree from Allama Iqbal Open University and is currently pursuing his ICMA at ICMAP Islamabad, where he is at the Managerial Level-2 Stage.

In his role at Sanash Welfare Foundation, Mr. Ali will contribute to the effective management and reporting of financial resources, supporting the foundation's goals of transparency and operational excellence.

 We are pleased to welcome Miss Rabia Hassan to Sanash Welfare Foundation as our Finance Associate.

With 15 months of diverse experience across finance, banking, and telecom, Miss Hassan has worked with a CMA firm (6 months), HBL Bank (3 months), and Jazz (6 months), where she developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Allama Iqbal Open University and is currently pursuing her CMA certification from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMAP), having successfully reached the finalist stage.

Miss Hassan’s expertise and commitment to financial excellence will be a valuable asset to our team as she supports our efforts to enhance financial reporting and decision-making at Sanash Welfare Foundation.

We are delighted to welcome Miss Kinza Sarwar as our Internal Auditor / Risk and Compliance Officer at Sanash Welfare Foundation. Bringing over three years of experience in finance, Miss Sarwar possesses a strong academic foundation in commerce, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and is a Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) finalist.

In her new role, Miss Sarwar will be responsible for leading internal audit processes, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Her exceptional attention to detail, coupled with her unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency, will be instrumental in enhancing our internal controls and ensuring organizational compliance across all operations.

We are delighted to welcome Mr. Ihsan Ullah Khattak as the Infrastructure Lead/Specialist to Sanash Welfare Foundation.

Mr. Khattak brings over 17 years of professional expertise, having worked with renowned INGOs and multinational corporate organizations. His extensive experience spans logistics, supply chain, procurement, administration, and the management of complex ICT projects across various ICT fields.

His diverse skill set and deep understanding of high-volume operational environments will be instrumental in driving efficiency and innovation within our infrastructure initiatives.

Miss Andleeb Khalid is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience spanning diverse fields such as education, human resources, administration, and technical recruitment. Her multifaceted expertise reflects her adaptability and dedication to delivering excellence across various professional domains.

Currently, she serves as a Communication Specialist at Sanash Welfare Foundation (SWF), where she plays a pivotal role in fostering effective communication strategies to support the foundation's mission. Simultaneously, she holds the position of HR Representative at an Australian-based tourism company, where she manages human resources operations with a focus on enhancing employee engagement and organizational development.

Miss Khalid's diverse skill set and commitment to her roles make her a valuable asset to every organization she serves, consistently contributing to their growth and success.

We are proud to welcome Mr. Abdul Mabood to the Sanash Welfare Foundation team as our Humanitarian Access Lead. With over 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, Abdul brings unparalleled expertise in operational management and fleet coordination.

Abdul excels in forging strong relationships with government agencies, local authorities, and community leaders, ensuring seamless project execution. His extensive regional connections have been instrumental in driving collaborations, resolving challenges, and advancing organizational objectives.

With a strong background in stakeholder coordination and monitoring & evaluation, Kainaat is committed to creating sustainable development initiatives that promote equity and foster long-term social impact.

Miss Sunaila is an accomplished Education Expert associated with Sanash Welfare Foundation, bringing over two decades of diverse professional experience spanning telecom, hospitality, micro-insurance, consultancy, and the banking sector. Renowned for her expertise as a change coach, Six Sigma specialist, trainer, and process/policy developer, she is committed to fostering growth and driving innovation in organizational and educational contexts.

Miss Sunaila's academic accomplishments are equally impressive, holding an MBA in Human Resources, a Master’s in History, and an MPhil in Educational Leadership and Management. She is currently advancing her expertise further by pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership Policy.

Her dynamic career and educational background enable her to deliver impactful strategies and solutions, making her an invaluable asset to any initiative focused on sustainable development, education, and organizational transformation.

 Miss Zoha Khan is a dynamic and dedicated individual currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Hospital and Service Management from Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University, Islamabad. Her academic background reflects a strong foundation in service-oriented disciplines, preparing her to excel in roles that require strategic planning and compassionate engagement.

Miss Sidra Khan, currently pursuing a BS in Environmental Engineering from Islamic International University, Islamabad, has joined Sanash Welfare Foundation as a Fundraising Intern. Her academic background and passion for creating a sustainable future align seamlessly with the foundation’s vision.
