Purpose of Financial Support

Sanash Welfare Foundation invites financial support to enhance its humanitarian, development, and emergency response programs. All donations, as well as volunteering opportunities, are embraced and utilized in accordance with SWF’s mission, internal financial controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Accepted Modes of Financial Support

Direct Cash Donations

Accepted only in exceptional cases and for small amounts, direct cash donations to the Sanash Welfare Foundation (SWF) are subject to prior approval by SWF management. Donor identity must be recorded before acceptance, and an official receipt is issued for every cash donation. Cash deposits are recorded and promptly deposited into SWF’s official bank account.

To ensure transparency and traceability, SWF discourages large cash donations.

Bank Transfers (Local & International)

SWF accepts financial support through bank transfers from both local and international donors. Contributions may be made through SWF’s official bank account or an approved partner-associated account, where applicable. Donors are required to share source-of-funds information prior to transfer, and all transfers must include the donor's name and purpose/reference.

Bank account details are shared only with interested and verified donors upon request.

Online & Digital Donations

SWF accepts online donations through secure and recognized platforms, including GlobalGiving, partner-managed donation portals, and approved digital banking channels. All online donations are subject to platform compliance and reporting mechanisms, providing a reliable way for supporters to contribute to SWF’s mission.

Additionally, SWF offers various volunteering opportunities for those interested in getting involved beyond financial support.

Donor Due Diligence & Source of Funds Verification

To ensure compliance with financial transparency, AML/CFT, and donor accountability standards, the Sanash Welfare Foundation (SWF) follows a strict donor verification process for those providing financial support through donations:

Donor identity is verified prior to sharing bank details. Donors are requested to disclose:

- Full name / organization name

- Country of origin

- Purpose of donation

- Source of funds (personal, corporate, zakat, grant, etc.)

SWF reserves the right to decline or return donations where source verification is unclear or non-compliant.

This meticulous process ensures that no funds are received without prior knowledge of the donor, promoting trust and integrity in all volunteering opportunities.

Sharing of Bank Account Details

Bank account details for the Sanash Welfare Foundation are not publicly disclosed. These details are shared only after a donor expresses formal interest in providing financial support. This approach safeguards the organizational integrity, fosters donor confidence, and ensures regulatory and partner compliance, while also highlighting available volunteering opportunities.
